To be able to display the Unicode characters or glyphs outside of the ASCII range, you will need an appropriate Unicode font installed in your system.
A rounded font available for download on Google Fonts. This bilingual (Hebrew and English) font has a young, fun look. This font maintains its quality in every text size - whether for large display titles or small text, Varela Round is fully compatible with both print and digital display. Worth a mention that, if you have Tamil text in one of the non-Unicode fonts, and it contains non-Tamil characters (e.g. English company names), be very careful when changing fonts or copying the text to other programs. It's highly likely that the non-Tamil characters will not be in the Tamil font.

Palæo-Hebrew script * English: John * Translation: Yahuah is gracious * Transliteration: Yokanan / Yahukanan / Yochanan / Yohanan * Modern Hebrew * with diacritical marks: יוֹחָנָן * without diacritical marks: יוחנן * Paleo-Hebrew: ?????
To see the Phoenician/Palæo-Hebrew scripts above, you will need a Unicodecompliant font. I cannot stress that enough, the font must have support for Unicode and below I listed some that you can install now.

- Proto Canaanite is an Ancient Hebrew script, a parent of Paleo-Hebrew / Phoenician script family.
- It may have its own Unicode block in the future, until then, I personally think it's fine to display this using the Phoenician Unicode block or even the modern Hebrew Unicode block.

Welcome to LaserPaleo-Hebrew for Windows and Macintosh. This exciting product provides ten professional-quality TrueType® and Type 1 (PostScript® format) Paleo-Hebrew fonts for typing ancient Hebrew character shapes. Included in LaserPaleo-Hebrew are fonts representing the character shapes of the inscriptions found in level VI of the Arad excavations, the Gezer inscription, the Samaritan inscriptions, the Zakkur inscriptions, and the inscription in the Siloam tunnel. There is a font matching the style of the character shapes of the Lachish letters written on potsherds, and there are three fonts with the style of Old Phoenician. Finally, while not Hebrew, included is a related font matching the style of the character shapes of Imperial Aramaic.
This font collection is easy to use because the fonts are arranged phonetically, following the US keyboard as closely as possible. Also, the font layouts are compatible with the LaserHebrew® and LaserHebrew II fonts. Keyboard layout charts (for Windows or Macintosh) are provided to help you learn the layouts of the fonts.
LaserPaleo-Hebrew for Windows and LaserPaleo-Hebrew for Macintosh are compatible with each other. Documents typed with these fonts may be transferred back and forth between Windows and Macintosh with no conversion necessary as long the fonts are installed on both computers. (There is a single exception to this, discussed below in the Windows and Macintosh System Requirements sections of this page.)

TrueType® and Type 1 hinted Paleo-Hebrew fonts. The fonts are typed with your default keyboard. Simply select the font in your application's font menu and type, following one of the included keyboard layout charts. The arrangement of the fonts is phonetic, based on the US keyboard layout, and typed documents may be transferred to Macintosh users with no conversion necessary as long as the appropriate font(s) are installed on the Mac. The single exception to this is the AradLevelVILS font. The basic Hebrew forms may be typed with your default keyboard and documents typed this way are cross-platform compatible. However, AradLevelVILS includes extra characters not in the other fonts, and these characters cannot be typed with your default keyboard. The product includes the AradLevelVILS keyboard driver which provides access to all characters in the font. If these extra characters are included in your document special instructions (included in the User's Manual) must be followed to transfer the document to a Mac user.
See the keyboard layout charts.
Windows System Requirements: The fonts install into Microsoft® Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP, or 2000, and work with all Windows-compatible applications that allow the user to select fonts from a font menu. The product includes a User's Manual and keyboard layout chart(s). The included keyboard driver(s) allows access to four characters per key (instead of the normal two) and alternate keyboard layouts. All documentation is in PDF format, available on the Windows Start menu, and can be viewed and/or printed using Adobe Reader. The fonts will print to any printer at the highest quality allowed by your printer.
A custom version (fonts only) is available for Linux, but Linux users must provide alternate keyboard input for characters in the extended character set. If you are ordering for Linux be sure to select the Linux box on the Order Form.
